English-born Ghanaian attacker Eddie Nketiah was on the scoresheet for Arsenal as they beat AS Monaco to win the 2023 Emirates Cup on Wednesday night.
The 24-year-old attacker played 83 minutes of the match as the Gunners drew 1-1 against the Principality Club ahead of the 2023-24 campaign in England.
Youssouf Forfana grabbed the opening goal of the match to put Monaco 1-0 up a minute after the half-hour mark of the encounter in an entertaining friendly game.
Just before halftime, Nketiah grabbed the equalizer for the Red and Whites outfit as they drew 1-1 and won on penalties after the game.
