Ghanaian forward, Henry Addo displayed a stellar performance, scoring two goals in MSK Zilina’s 3-1 victory against Ružomberok in the Slovakian Superliga.
Addo was a key player in the match, starting the game and impressively lasting for 81 minutes before being replaced by Jan Minarik at the Pod Dubnom.
The head-to-head record between the two teams before the game showed Zilina with 22 wins, Ruzomberok with 13 wins, and eight draws.
In the slower first half, MSK Zilina took the lead with Henry Addo’s brilliant solo effort in the 38th minute.
Ružomberok managed to equalize through Kristof Domonkos after returning from the dressing room, but MSK Zilina regained their momentum with impactful substitutions. Henry Addo’s second precise shot, assisted by Patrik Ilko, secured the triumph for the yellow and green team.
Mário Sauer sealed the first victory of the new season for MSK Zilina.
