Ghanaian forward, Abdul-Aziz Yakubu grabbed his first league goal for Estoril Praia in 12 matches in the Portuguese Secunda Liga on Sunday afternoon.
The 22-year-old Ghanaian forward scored his first goal for the Blue and Yellows since he last scored against Rio Ave in the Portuguese Cup Competition.
The former Vitória Guimarães SC suffered injury but was not for long but has been unable to replicate his first round of form in the Portuguese Secunda Liga.
Yakubu, 22, last scored a league goal for Estoril Praia in the Portuguese Secunda Liga against Cova da Piedade on November 14, 2020 where he bagged a hat-trick.
The Ghanaian scored the only goal for his team as they beat Varzim by a 1-0 scoreline to take his tally to eight goals this season in Portugal.
