Ghanaian international Yaw Yeboah came off the bench to set up a goal in Columbus Crew’s end-to-end and mouth-watering game against Minnesota FC in the America League Cup.
The former Wisla Krakow player came from the bench to set up the third goal for the Yellow and Blacks outfit in their entertaining 3-3 draw at home to Minnesota.
Yeboah, who came on at the start of the second half thought he had set up the winner when he found Christian Ramirez to score the third goal to make it 3-2 to the home on the 83rd minute mark.
Hassani Dotson broke the home team’s supporters heart with a 90th minute mark equalizer for Minnesota in a well balanced and contested clash in the League Cup competition.
Malte Amudson and Alexandru Matan got the other two goals for Columbus Crew with South African international Bongokuhle Hlongwane scoring brace for the visitors to make it 3-3.Minnesota won 4-3 on penalties.
