The Black Stars, Ghana’s senior national team, have begun assembling in camp as they prepare for the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Madagascar.
Notable players such as captain Andre Ayew, his brother Jordan Ayew, and Kassim Adams have already checked into the team’s hotel.
The only absentee currently is Thomas Partey of Arsenal, who is expected to join the team later this week before their trip to Antananarivo.
The team is set to hold their first training session on Monday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Ghana will depart for Madagascar on Friday ahead of the crucial match scheduled for June 18.
A minimum of one point is required for the Black Stars to secure their qualification for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast.
