Renowed Ghana Football Academy, West Africa Football Academy (WAFA) SC won the 2023 STARI Cup tournament in Accra.
The competition which was dubbed ‘STARI CUP 2023’ will took place from 4th, 6th to 7th June 2023 at Macdan Park in Accra.
Scouts from Israeli-based club, Maccabi Haifa youth department joined Black Stars and Hearts of Oak defender, Samuel Inkoom (brand ambassador for Stari World) and coaches from Ghana’s U17 and U20 national teams, FC Dila Gori owners Avi Zioni and Shalom Pichazde as special guest who honoured the tournament.
The competition featured top Ghanaian U-18 clubs including Accra Hearts of Oak, WAFA, Right to Dream Academy, Zilina Africa, Inter Allies, FC Stari Third World, Jek FC and Kaistorm FC.
