The Black Stars after a consecutive disgraceful showing at the African cup of nations have tumbled into a shameful slot in the FIFA ranking. Ghana currently lie 14th on the African ranking and 68th position behind the likes of Iraq, Uzbekistan and United Arab Emirates.
Ghana’s shameful exit at the African Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast and a winless double header in friendless against Uganda and Nigeria has culminated in the latest ranking.
Black Stars ranked an enviable 14th position in April 2007 and have currently descended in the doldrums with the appointment of a new technical management whose credentials are nothing to write home about.
