Black Satellites captain Ibrahim Zubairu has apologized to Ghanaians for their shambolic and disastrous performance in Niger against Nigeria and Burkina Faso.
The Kumasi King Faisal FC starman and his colleagues failed to gain just a point in their two matches in the 2022 WAFA Zone B U20 Championship.
Ghana loss the first game to their bitterest rivals, Nigeria in their first match by a 2-0 score line.
This followed up with another defeat to neighbors Burkina Faso on Saturday evening in Niamey, Niger to exit the competition.
The defending champions are out of the competition and as a result of that will not be playing at the CAF U20 championship.
