Black Stars captain, Andre Ayew, believes that the Black Stars can create a surprise in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
The team has been drawn in Group H with Uruguay, Portugal and South Korea; a tough one for Otto Addo’s men.
But Andre is hopeful.
“I believe in the players that we have, I believe in the squad we have, especially if everyone will be there and there are no injuries and we have a full squad. I think we can create surprises, but it’s only on that grass that will speak. But we have to accept and respect the fact that we are not favorites,” Andre Ayew said in an interview as quoted by Ghanasoccernet.
Coach Otto Addo is expected to name his final squad on Thursday November 10, 2022.
