Black Stars head coach Chris Hughton has shown strong believe in his players as they face minnows, Madagascar on June 18 in the fifth game of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Ahead of the game on Sunday afternoon in Antananarivo, the Ghana coach has expressed his strong believe in his boys as he hopes for qualification with their first away win in the qualifiers after two draws on the road.
“We also knows what it means if we are to win the game because of early qualification, so all these things we know and it is also down to the performance on the day”, he told the press.
“We are well prepared and I am sure we have a group of players that will do everything to win the game for us”, he added.
Ghana needs a win away from home to return top of the table and to secure a spot at the next total energies Africa Cup of Nations tournament.
