Ghanaian forward Issahaku Abdul Fatawu has reacted to his team’s heavy defeat to FC Porto away from home in Liga Portugal on Saturday evening.
The Ghanaian youngster was a second half substitute as he came on to play the last 10 minutes of the match but was a little too late to help his side from suffering defeat.
In the 80th minute mark of the match, Issahaku came on to take Marcus Edwards place when his team was trailing by two goals against the Dragons.
“We lost a difficult game today but we are Lions, we will come back stronger in the next game”, he Tweeted.
Porto beat Sporting Lisbon 3-0 in the Portuguese Super Clash to go top of the league table after three games with nine points scoring eight goals and conceding just one.
The Ghanaian international has been getting minutes under his belt for the first team despite being sent back to the U-23 team at the beginning of the season.
