Interim Asante Kotoko head coach Hamza Obeng has emphasized the need for collective effort as he looks to make a meaningful impact in the closing stages of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season.
The young tactician, who recently took charge of the Porcupine Warriors, believes success in their remaining matches will depend on strong collaboration between players and the technical team.
Speaking ahead of Kotoko’s upcoming clash with Dreams FC, Obeng expressed his determination to maximize the opportunity while acknowledging the importance of unity within the squad.
“It’s a big platform, and I have to execute my role with the boys and also showcase my ability. People have different opinions, but at this moment, we all need to come together. Together with my technical team, we are planning because if we want to win, it has to be a team effort,” he told AKSC Media.
Kotoko are currently fine-tuning preparations for their next league fixture against Dreams FC, scheduled for Sunday, May 3, at 3:00 PM at the Tuba AstroTurf, as they aim to finish the campaign on a strong note.
