Asante Kotoko head coach, Seydou Zerbo has indicated that his team needs to work on their finishing after the 1-1 draw with Hearts on Sunday.
Kotoko created a number of chances on the day but had little success converting those chances, frustrating the home supporters.
Yussif Mubarik scored the first goal for the Porcupines just before the half-hour mark but a header from Caleb Amankwah levelled matters for Hearts of Oak.
“Yes, last week, we all saw the performance of the players, in fact, it was very disappointing but today, they showed that indeed they are here for action.
“We still need to work on our finishing, you saw that we had a lot of chances but unfortunately, we couldn’t use them but we will go back and work in order to utilize our chances in subsequent games,” Zerbo said after the game.
Kotoko are currently out of the CAF Champions League and are yet to pick up a victory in the Ghana Premier League.
