Aboubakar Ouattara, the head coach of Hearts of Oak, expressed his satisfaction with his team’s commanding 3-0 win over Berekum Chelsea in the Ghana Premier League.
Ouattara emphasized the importance of the victory, stating that his team was determined to secure the three points at any cost.
“I expected to win but three goals that’s football. You can win 1-0, 2-0, 3-0 and that’s it. We needed the three points,” coach Aboubakar Ouattara said.
The Ivorian tactician further highlighted the mental challenges his players often face and stressed his efforts to bolster their psychological resilience for future matches.
“Our issue is a mental problem. The boys are starting to understand because there are some people who want to pollute the minds of some players,” coach Aboubakar Ouattara bemoaned.
With eyes set on consistency, Hearts of Oak prepares for a crucial showdown against Aduana Stars following their triumphant return to Accra.
