Asante Kotoko gaffer, Prosper Narteh Ogum has admitted their major problem so far this season has been goal-scoring and are working tirelessly to solve that problem.
The Porcupine Warriors have now tasted defeats in their last two games; against Nsoatreman FC and Dreams FC just last week on home soil.
After nine round of matches, the Porcupine Warriors have scored nine goals- averaging a goal per game.
Despite this statistics, the enterprising tactician feels they have dominated every opponents they have faced so far but struggling to find the back of the net is the ultimate reason they haven’t been winning more games
“Our problem is goal-scoring and that’s a fact. We even play better than our opponents, create chances but at the end of the day how to put the ball in the net has been the problem,” Prosper Narteh Ogum told the press on Wednesday
“We have to work on our goal-scoring and I know everything will be fine.”
Asante Kotoko will journey to Samreboi to play Samartex FC in the next round of GPL match-day 10 this weekend.
