Ghana Football Association vice President Mark Addo has spoken about the mayhem caused by Nigerian fans at the Moshood Abiola Sports Stadium following Ghana’s World Cup qualification over the Super Eagles last Tuesday.

The Black Stars drew 1-1 to qualify for the finals of the World Cup to be played in Qatar later this year and angry Nigerian fans who could not believe the reality started to vandalize the stadium.

“It was a quite a scary moment for us as we took cover in the dressing room” Mark Addo told the GNA.

The home fans have been condemned by many for such archaic behavior and FIFA and CAF are expected to take action against the Nigeria FA.
