In the wake of Ghana’s 2-1 loss to Nigeria in an international friendly match, Black Stars forward Jordan Ayew has reiterated his unwavering commitment to the national team.
In an interview following the match, Ayew emphasized that both he and his brother, Andre Ayew, who currently serves as the team’s captain, are dedicated to representing Ghana with utmost dedication and passion.
“God has given us the opportunity to represent Ghana the best way as possible. We are really committed till the end. For we, it’s always an honour to represent and we will always fight for our colours,” Jordan Ayew said in an interview.
Despite the defeat against Nigeria, Jordan Ayew managed to salvage a consolation goal for Ghana, converting a penalty from 12 yards out.
As Ghana prepares to face the Cranes of Uganda on Tuesday, the Ayew brothers are expected to play pivotal roles in the Black Stars lineup, continuing their legacy of dedication and excellence on the international stage.
