Asante Kotoko’s forward, Steven Desse Mukwala, has called on the club’s fans to have faith in the ongoing process as they aim to make a significant impact in the Ghana Premier League.
Currently standing 7th on the domestic top-flight table, the Porcupine Warriors have overcome a challenging start to the season, demonstrating improvement. Their upward trajectory continued with a 3-2 victory over arch-rivals Accra Hearts of Oak last Sunday.
After the game, Mukwala, who showcased his goal-scoring prowess with a brace against Hearts of Oak, encouraged the fans to believe in the team’s progress.
“I will urge the fans to believe in the process. Since we are winning our games, I think we shall score more than two goals in our next match against Great Olympics,” he conveyed.
Asante Kotoko is scheduled to face Great Olympics in a Ghana Premier League matchday 15 clash on Sunday.
