Former Black Stars Goalkeeper, Fatawu Dauda was on hand to guide Sudan to their first clean sheet on the on- going World Cup qualifier. The Sub-Saharan country engaged D.R Congo in a group B fixture at the Matyrs of February Stadium in Benghazi.
Fatawu Dauda was captured in room with his goal keepers as he gave them vital tutorials between the sticks on the television screen. The section which involved Al-Hilal Omdurman goalkeeper, Ali Abdallah Abu-Eshrein who eventually got the nod in post ahead of Mohammed Mustafa after the latter had been dropped in the first game against Togo.
The Congolese dominated possession of the game, but three vital shots denied by Ali Abdallah ensured Sudan got all the three points as they currently sit at the summit of the table with 4 points.
Fatawu Dauda joined the backroom staff of Kwesi Appiah and assistant coach Ignatius Fosu.
