Former Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure says he enjoys seeing Thomas Partey play and would visit Arsenal games every weekend if he could.
As perhaps one of the most dominant players of his time at the height of his abilities, Toure has some knowledge of what it takes to be a top midfielder.
Partey has been essential to Arsenal’s success thus far this season, which has seen them maintain their lead atop the Premier League standings with 12 games remaining.
Arsenal are 14 points ahead of Manchester United and have a five-point advantage over second-place Manchester City.
The former Barcelona midfielder lauded Partey for his consistency and said he will keep an eye on him all weekend long on TalkSports.
He said: “Yeah he’s brilliant, it’s really nice to see.
“I think now every weekend when Arsenal have to play, I have to be honest, I would go just to watch him. He’s just unbelievable.”
