Experienced Ghanaian trainer Yussif Basigi has made the shortlist for the CAF women’s coach of the year for 2021/2022.
Basigi guided Hasaacas ladies to the finals of the maiden edition of the CAF women champions league where they ended up winning silver.
He has been nominated by the African football ruling body in a ten-man shortlist for the impending CAF awards.
Basigi who has previous stints with the Ghana female national teams is highly rated as one of the best women football coaches on the African continent.
