The Black Sharks of Ghana have been handed a challenging draw for the 2024 Beach Soccer Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt, as they are placed in Group A alongside host nation Egypt, regional powerhouses Morocco, and Tanzania.
Ghana qualified for the tournament with an impressive 10-5 victory over neighboring Ivory Coast in the qualifiers. As they prepare for the competition, the Black Sharks aim to make a significant impact on the continental stage.
The tournament kicks off in Cairo next month, with Ghana starting their campaign against host Egypt on October 19. They will then face Morocco on October 21, 2024, before concluding the group stage against Tanzania on October 22, 2024.
Meanwhile, Group B features Senegal, along with Mozambique, Mauritania, and Malawi.
