22 Ghanaian referees to receive FIFA badge in 2024

Twenty-two Referees will receive FIFA Refereeing badges for the year 2024 on Friday, December 26, 2024.

10 Referees and 10 Assistant Referees will all receive badges for the year, according to the list of Referees presented by FIFA.

Two male referees have also been included as Ghana’s first Beach Soccer Referee and Futsal Referee respectively.

Also, Ghana’s Daniel Nii Ayi Laryea has been retained as a FIFA VAR Referee and is currently ranked Number 4 in Africa.

In all, 12 male referees and assistant will receive the badges while 8 female referees and assistants have been named in the list sent by FIFA.
