Karela United FC head coach Bismark Kobi Mensah has expressed his utmost disappointment over how his side drew against Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC despite a dominant display on Sunday.
The former Samartex FC gaffer believes his team was the better side in their goalless stalemate against the Porcupine Warriors at the CAM Park in Anyinase on Sunday afternoon.
According to him, Kotoko are not a special team and feels disappointed his team failed to end Kotoko’s unbeaten run in the 2021-22 Ghana Premier League.
“I’m very disappointed because it is always painful if you dominate a game and you don’t win,” Mensah said.
“I told you Kotoko are beatable because I knew what I was talking about, I had watched them three times
“We know the quality we have and had the confidence we will beat them but is quite unfortunate.
“We were denied a clear penalty. With Kotoko’s red card, the player was already on yellow so I think is a clear red card.”
