Social media erupts as Nigerians troll Ghanaians after Black Stars loss to Brazil

After Brazil humiliated the Black Stars of Ghana 3-0 in a pre-World Cup friendly on Friday, September 23, 2022, Nigerians seem to have found their voices again on social media.

The World Cup-bound Ghanaian team was treated like mince meat by Brazil, which left the Black Stars out of sorts.

In their first pre-World Cup friendly encounter, Brazil prevailed thanks to three goals in the first half from Marquinhos and Richarlison, who scored a brace.

Nigerians are, as was to be expected, ecstatic over the loss and are trolling Ghanaians for the Black Stars’ loss in France.

Nigerians are perplexed as to how a squad getting ready for the World Cup could perform that miserably.

However, Ghanaians are teasing them in their tweets by repeatedly pointing out that Ghana qualified for the World Cup at their cost.

Following this loss, the Black Stars will play Nicaragua on Tuesday in their second and final preseason friendly.
