The Ghana FA Leader and some members of the Executive Council, paid a courtesy call on the former president ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
Ghana will make their fourth appearance at the FIFA Mundial this year in Qatar as the tournament starts next month.
As part of preparations towards the global showpiece, the members from the country’s football governing body, visited the man who engineered the Black Stars first-ever World Cup appearance in Germany, 2006.
Ghana, four-time African Champions, will play against European giants Portugal, Uruguay and South Korea in Group H at the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament.
