Ligue 1 side Rennes have rejected a 15 million euro offer from PSV for the services of Kamaldeen Sulemana according to L’Equipe.
Kamaldeen joined the French side in 2021 for 17 million euros but has struggled for game time this season.
This winter, he has attracted interest from Everton and Southampton but a bid for 15 million plus 2 million in bonuses has been tabled by PSV and ultimately been rejected.
It remains to be seen whether PSV returns with another offer.
Kamaldeen played for the Black Stars in the 2022 World Cup.
