In an exciting Superettan clash on Friday, Kofi Fosuhene Asare, a Swedish-born Ghanaian, found the back of the net for Landskrona BoIS, helping them secure a 1-1 draw against Jönköping Södra.
Asare entered the game in the 51st minute, replacing Robin Dzabic and made an immediate impact.
During the opening minutes, the home team struggled to gain control of the match. While both teams had their fair share of scoring opportunities, Jönköping Södra appeared to have a slight edge. Rasmus Wendt threaded a precise pass between two Jönköping Södra defenders, finding a charging Kofi Asare. Asare showcased his fighting spirit and skill, neatly guiding the ball into the net to equalize for Landskrona BoIS.
At just 21 years old, Asare has been impressive this season, making 13 appearances, scoring three goals, and providing two assists in the league.
