Tottenham Hotspur‘s attacking midfielder Mohammed Kudus is currently being considered as an option for Atletico Madrid‘s attack, according a report by Spanish tabloids Mundo Deportivo.
The report states that the Spanish club are said to value the Ghanaian around €60 million and are already considering making a formal approach to sign him this Summer.
From Kudus’ side of things, the appeal to move to Riyadh Air Metropolitano would be quite clear given that Atletico Madrid will offer him Champions League football year in year out, and then they are also genuine title contenders in La Liga for most of the season. And he has a world-class manager in Simeone.
Diego Simeone has a quality team and a world-class manager. Kudus is at the peak of his career, and he will not want to waste away at a club where he will not be able to fulfil his ambitions. However, Tottenham are under no pressure to sanction his departure.
