Ghana youth defender Najeeb Yakubu was in action for Vorskla as they suffered a 2-0 defeat away to Dynamo Kyiv in the Ukrainian Premier League on Saturday.
The former Ghana U17 star again was at his quality best as he operated on the left midfielder in the game with sharp moves being known as a centre-half.
Viktor Tsyhankov registered the opening goal of the game in the 13th minute of the first half for Dynamo Kyiv.
Benjamin Verbic scored the second goal of the game in the 36th minute to seal the victory for the hosts.
Both sides failed to score in the second half with the game ending 2-0 after regulation time.
The Ghanaian international has been amazing this term in the Ukrainian League for Vorskla, making 10 appearances so far.
