The two coaches came face to face on Wednesday during a Week 7 rescheduled fixture at the Cape Coast stadium but it was Johnson Smith who carried the day with a 1-0 victory.
However it is interesting to know that the two coaches – Johnson Smith of Asante Kotoko and Dwarfs head coach Ernest Thompson – are the only coaches to win at two different away venues this season.
Smith led Kotoko to away victories at Dreams FC in Dawu and then at Ebusua Dwarfs in Cape Coast.
Thompson on the other hand has seen his side win at Accra Sports stadium over Legon Cities and at Dansoman Park over Liberty.
Annor Walker who was in charge of Great Olympics led his team to way wins but all came at the Accra sports stadium against Asante Kotoko and Inter Allies.
