Ghanaian forward Paul Ayongo netted his 3rd goal of the season for Academico Viseu in the Portuguese Secunda Liga on Sunday evening.
The Ghanaian forward scored his team’s only goal in their 1-3 loss at home to Clube Desportivo Mafra in the Portuguese second tier league.
Ayongo scored a consolation goal for the Black and Whites outfit on the 76th minutes of the match at the time his team was trailing three goals.
The away team scored twice in the first period of the match to take a goal lead into the first half.
Stevy Okitoksndjo added the third goal for the visitors after 61 minutes before Ayongo scored a consolation goal to make the score a more respectable one for the hosts who succumbed to a 3-1 defeat at home.
The 24-year-old striker has found the back of the net three times in three matches for the Black and Whites in the Portuguese Secunda Liga.
