The talented Black Stars winger made his English Premier League debut in the Week 1 clash against Spurs, starting for Leicester City in an intense away game.
Issahaku delivered an outstanding performance, particularly in the second half, showcasing his skills on the big stage. He completed the most dribbles (3), won the most duels (13), recovered the most possessions (8), won the most fouls (3), created the most chances (2), and recorded the most successful tackles (6) for his team.
Adding to his stellar display, Issahaku provided the assist for Jamie Vardy’s goal, which secured a crucial draw for Leicester City.
His impressive debut has earned him a nomination for the Man of the Match award, alongside Jamie Vardy and goalkeeper Mads Hermansen.
