SV Hamburger’s Ransford-Yeboah Königsdörffer is eagerly anticipating his first match on home soil during the upcoming international break as he joins the Black Stars squad for their Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Angola.
The young forward is urging fans to come out in full force and support the team as they take on Angola at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi on March 23, a crucial match for Ghana in their bid to qualify for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Cote D’Ivoire.
After the first leg, the team will travel to Luanda for the reverse fixture four days later.
Ransford, who made his debut for Ghana in September 2022 as a late substitute in a friendly match against Nicaragua, is eager to showcase his talent on the international stage. His selection to the squad is a testament to his impressive performances for SV Hamburger in the German second division.
