The former Hearts of Oak player played a significant role in the game and even contributed an assist before being substituted in stoppage time.
FC Zurich opened the scoring in the 15th minute through Nikola Katic, giving them an early lead that they carried into halftime.
Italian international Antonio Marchesano extended Zurich’s advantage in the 54th minute, and he was later set up by Barnieh to score his second goal of the match.
FC Zurich continued their dominant performance by adding a fourth goal through Armstrong Oko-Flex just four minutes before the final whistle.
Despite Luzern pulling one goal back through Lars Villiger in stoppage time, FC Zurich secured a convincing victory.
