Midfielder Benjamin Afutu is yet to agree a new deal at Hearts of Oak following the expiration of his current contract but according to the local representative , the player will definitely be playing for the club next season.
“I can say that he will definitely sign for Hearts of Oak. We have just some small issues to deal with before he can sign his new contract” the local manager of the player told Fox FM on Tuesday.
The manager of the player also says the position of the his client is not threatened after the Phobians confirmes some new recruits.
“If you look at the new players who have been signed by the club it is only Salim that plays in the same role as Afutu but we all know that in terms of power, energy in midfield, it is Afutu” he added.
