Black Stars captain Andre Ayew found the net for Al-Sadd in their 2-1 victory over Al Sailiya on Tuesday.
Andre scored the first goal of the game in the 17th minute with a calm finish but Strandberg equalised at the end of the first half.
Algerian striker Bounedjah restored the lead for Al-Sadd and the team held on to secure the victory.
It was Andre Ayew’s first goal of the season.
Al-Sadd are currently 5th in the QSL with seven points earned in five games.
