Bournemouth striker Antoine Semenyo showcased his growing reputation as a clinical finisher by scoring against Manchester United on Sunday, 27 April 2025, in the English Premier League.
The Ghanaian forward broke the deadlock at the Vitality Stadium, finding the back of the net in the 23rd minute to give Bournemouth the lead over the Red Devils.
This was not Semenyo’s first time troubling United this season. In the reverse fixture at Old Trafford back in December, the 25-year-old was also on the scoresheet as Bournemouth stunned Manchester United with a commanding 3-0 victory.
With his latest strike, Semenyo has now taken his Premier League tally for the season to nine goals — the highest in his professional career so far.
Throughout the campaign, the talented attacker has scored against some of the league’s top teams, including Manchester City, Chelsea, Southampton, Nottingham Forest, Fulham, and Everton.
