Former goalking of Ghana Premier League, Prince Tagoe has revealed the record amount of money he received from playing in the rich gulf region.
Affectionally called Prince of goals, the striker joined Al-Ittihad from Accra Hearts of Oak after winning the goal king in Ghana’s topflight.
The exploits of the lanky striker at the time earned him a big money deal to the gulf region which was a record deal for an African at the time.
“I Went to Saudi Arabia, first signing in Africa it has never happened before 2-million-euro net where Benzema currently plays” the player said on Angel Tv.
Prince Tagoe was a member of the Black Star squad in the World Cup in South Africa in 2010. The former Tudu Mighty Jets player also signed for Hoffenheim, Al Shabab, Partizan and Bursaspor.
