Ghana goalkeeper Lawrence Ati-Zigi has framed the Black Stars’ 2026 FIFA World Cup campaign as a defining moment of redemption, insisting the team is fully focused on the present challenge rather than past disappointments.
Speaking from the team’s training base in Virginia, Ati-Zigi described the tournament as a lifelong dream and a major opportunity for the squad to prove themselves on football’s biggest stage.
According to him, the players have put previous setbacks behind them and are concentrating entirely on delivering a strong performance at the World Cup.
