Bechem United, a team in the Ghana Premier League, has valued their reliable defender Kofi Agbesimah at $50,000 amid significant interest from various clubs.
The 26-year-old has garnered attention for his impressive performances with the Hunters during the last season.
Having joined Bechem United from Bectero FC in 2018, Agbesimah has consistently proven his worth on the field. His exceptional talent has attracted potential suitors, including Nsoatreman FC and Hearts of Oak.
Francis Addae, the Director of Operations at Bechem United, emphasized that the club is firm on their stance regarding the transfer fee and will not entertain offers below $50,000 for the defender.
He stated, “We have informed Hearts of Oak about the transfer fee of our player. We have set a price tag of $50,000, so if they really need him they must be able to meet our demands. He deserves such amount because he is one of the best center-backs in the country at the moment” he told Kumasi FM.
With five-and-a-half months remaining on his current contract, Agbesimah continues to demonstrate his talent, having played 125 matches in the Ghana Premier League, contributing 6 goals and 1 assist along the way.
