In a devastating turn of events, former Ghanaian footballer Hans Kwoffie has lost his life in a gruesome accident that occurred on Friday afternoon near Dadwen, close to Tarkwa in the Western Region.
The 35-year-old striker, who played for several clubs including Medeama, AshantiGold, Smouha of Egypt, Bechem United, and Legon Cities, met his untimely demise in the accident.
According to reports, Kwoffie was driving a car belonging to former Kotoko and Hearts defender Samuel Nzemaba when the tragic incident occurred.
