Dreams FC attacker Abdul Aziz Issah expressed his delight following his team’s triumph against Soccer Intellectuals in the MTN FA Cup quarterfinals. The Dawu-based club clinched a hard-fought 1-0 victory over their Division One adversaries, with Issah netting the decisive goal in the opening half.

Reflecting on the challenging encounter, Issah acknowledged the intensity of facing a lower-league opponent, remarking, “We are okay with the victory because it was a tough game playing against a Division One side. It’s not an easy game, but we are happy to have won.”

Issah also commended the opposition for their spirited performance and determination to prove themselves against a Premier League outfit, stating, “It was a good game too.”

With the win propelling Dreams FC into the semifinals of the MTN FA Cup, Issah outlined the team’s ambitious aspirations, emphasizing their desire to retain the title and secure a coveted berth in African competition. He affirmed, “Our target is to defend the title and go to Africa again. That is our main aim for now.”
