‘Ecstatic’ Kotoko coach Prosper Narteh heaps praise on two players after win over Aduana Stars

Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC head coach Prosper Narteh Ogum has singled out two players for special praises following the team’s historic win in Dormaa on Saturday afternoon.

The former WAFA SC gaffer mentioned the names of midfield duo, Richard Boadu (Agadas) and Salifu Mudasiru as the very influential players on Kotoko’s first ever win Over Aduana Stars FC on the road.

According to the tactatcian, the two players were Able to hold anything thrown at them by Aduana which gave other players the chance to to move into created spaces easily.

“In fact, I need to commend Mudasiru and Richard Agadas [Boadu] for their wonderful showpiece. They were able to hold the trio of Aduana Stars ‘the three midfielders of Aduana Stars. That created a lot of spaces for us to play the game,” he said.

Kotoko won the game 2-0 to secure a rare win over the Green and Yellows lads in the club’s history in Dormaa for the first time.

Mudasiru, who was praised by the head coach was adjudged Man-Of-The-Match in after a commanding display on the day.
