Denmark based Ghanaian forward Ernest Nuamah showed up in the Black Meteors against Algeria firing on all cylinders throughout the 90 minutes of the match.

The FC Nordsjaelland hitman proved to be ready for the big stage with scintillating and mouth-watering performances which wowed the whole Baba Yara Sports Stadium fans on Tuesday evening.

Nuamah had the most successful dribbles, Eight against the Fennecs Foxes of Algeria when he was instrumental in Ghana’s qualification to the CAF U-23 Championship.

Throughout the game, Nuamah was a constant threat to the Green and Whites side as he weaved through the opposition defense at every little opportunity he had.

A section of the fans rightly decided to sing his name anytime he was on the ball and looked lively throughout the entire duration of the match.

With his pace, power and ability to outwit his markers even in a tight spot or situation, the 19-year-old drew comparisons from Messi as the fans believes he has some traits of the Argentine super star.

Nuamah proved that he could be very useful on both wings despite being a dominant left-footed attacker due to his trickery on the ball and ability pick his colleagues out with brilliant passes.

The youngster assisted both goals scored by Abdul Fatawu Issahaku in both legs against the Algerians that sent Ghana to the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Morocco for U23 teams.

He has scored eight goals and provided four assists this season in the Denmark Superliga and has two goals and two assists in the Denmark Cup competition.

Nuamah was on the standby list of coach Otto Addo for the Black Stars team ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament in Qatar but couldn’t make the final squad for the tournament.

With his recent outings for the Black Meteors, one can only say it is just a matter of time before he blossom at the top with the senior national team, the Black Stars.
