Asante Kotoko have reached a personal agreement with Bibiani GoldStars’ top scorer Prince Owusu Kwabena, Sportsworldghana.com can exclusively reveal.

The 26-year-old striker, who has decided not to extend his contract with the Miners, is set to join the Kumasi-based club ahead of the new season.

Asante Kotoko coach, Prosper Narteh Ogum, has already expressed his admiration for Kwabena’s skills and is eager to secure his services for the upcoming campaign.

The Bibiani Gold Stars’ top scorer with nine goals and two assists in 29 appearances last season, Kwabena is expected to bring a significant boost to Asante Kotoko’s attack.

The imminent signing of Owusu Kwabena marks another significant move in Asante Kotoko’s restructuring efforts as the club prepares for the new season.
