The Black Starlets will be absent from the global stage when the biennial tournament kicks off in Indonesia today. Confederation of African football (CAF) will be represented by Morrocco, Burkina Faso, Mali and Senegal.
Black starlets were denied a place after they were eliminated from competing in the tournament after losing in the West African Football Union (WAFU) Zone B semi-finals to Burkina Faso.
