The Ghana Football Association has announced new date for Asante Kotoko’s outstanding league game against King Faisal.
The Porcupines were supposed to host Faisal in a Match Week 21 encounter at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday, March 12, 2023 but was postponed due to the unavailability of the Baba Yara Sports stadium for the advertised date for the match.
This was because of the closure of the Stadium for renovations works ahead of Ghana’s 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Angola on March 23.
However, the Ghana Football Association in a publication on their website revealed that the game will come off on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at 6:00 PM.
The Ghana Premier League enters week 23 this weekend with Samartex hosting the Porcupine Warriors at Samreboi on Saturday while King Faisal host Gold Stars at the Kwame Kyei Sports Complex at Abrankese.
