Ghana are the third lowest ranked country in the pots ahead of the World Cup draw today.
The Black Stars are 60th in the FIFA Men’s world rankings; only UAE and New Zealand are ranked lower.
Ghana will be playing at their fourth World Cup at the FIFA Mundial since making their debut in the 2006 in Germany.
The three-time participants will know their opponents for the upcoming FIFA World Cup tournament in Qatar later this year.
The Black Stars reach the last 16 in their first ever FIFA World Cup competition in 2006 and got to the quarter-final stage in 2010.
In their last appearance at the Mundial, Ghana exited the competition in the group stage of the tournament in Brazil 2014.
