Ghanaian top defender Mohammed Salisu, is full of excitement following his team Southampton commanding 2:0 win against Norwich City on Friday night in the English Premier League.

A goal each from Che Adams and Oriol Romeu in the 36th and 88th minutes respectively ensured Southampton snatched all three points in the game at the St. Mary’s Stadium.
The former Real Valladolid star who was booked in the 39th minute but lasted the full duration of the game, took to Twitter to celebrate his team’s win.
Salisu, 22, has been in great shape for Southampton this campaign in the Premier League, playing an impressive 25 matches for his side.
He’s currently rated as the defender with most clearance and interceptions in the English Premier League.
Meanwhile, the In-form central defender could be named in Ghana’s squad for the FIFA 2022 World Cup qualifiers play-off against Nigeria next month.
